These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Scorifya’s website and services at scorifya.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Scorifya provides automated analysis of specific publicly available technical signals for a URL you submit—including TLS/HTTPS and redirect behavior, HTTP security headers, exposure and hygiene indicators, cookie attributes visible on the scanned response, and passive DNS/email records (for example SPF, DMARC, and limited DKIM hints)—combined into a composite score using published category weights and per-finding penalties described on the site. Output includes scores, summaries, remediation-oriented suggestions, and optional exports. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.
Not professional advice
Nothing on the Service is legal, security, insurance, or compliance advice. The Service is not a penetration test, vulnerability assessment, or certification of any kind. You remain responsible for your own security posture and compliance obligations.
Authorized use only
You may only submit URLs for sites you own or for which you have explicit authorization to test. You must not use the Service to probe third-party systems, harass others, violate law, or circumvent technical or rate limits.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Service except as law permits;
- Use the Service to access or attack private networks, metadata endpoints, or non-public systems;
- Misrepresent Scorifya’s results as a formal audit, guarantee of safety, or insurance of any kind;
- Scrape or resell the Service in bulk without written permission.
Third-party sites
Scans interact with third-party websites you designate. We are not responsible for those sites’ availability, content, or policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RESULTS MAY BE INCOMPLETE OR INACCURATE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCORIFYA AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US$50), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Scorifya against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your scanning of URLs without proper authorization.
Changes and termination
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction Scorifya designates in a future revision (placeholder until entity formation and counsel review), without regard to conflict-of- law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
