Hours and response
Scorifya is a small operation. Our published hours are Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–4 PM Pacific. Best-effort response times:
- Submitted during business hours (Mon–Thu, 8 AM–4 PM PT): usually same-day reply for general inquiries, sales, and support.
- Submitted outside business hours, Fridays, or weekends: next business day (the following Monday for Friday–Sunday submissions).
- Security disclosures: we read these as soon as we see them, including off-hours.
