Cookie Policy
Last updated: April 14, 2026
This policy explains how Scorifya (“we”) uses cookies and similar technologies on scorifya.com. For broader privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. They help websites remember preferences, keep you signed in, or understand how pages are used. “Similar technologies” include local storage and pixels with comparable purposes.
How Scorifya uses cookies
Consent preference. When you choose Essential only or Accept all in the site banner, we store a first-party cookie named scorifya_consent (typically for up to one year) so we remember your choice. It does not contain advertising identifiers.
Essential operation. We and our hosting providers may set strictly necessary cookies or storage items required for security, load balancing, or basic site function.
Analytics (optional). If you choose Accept all in the banner, we load Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic and performance. If you choose Essential only, those scripts are not loaded. If we add other non-essential cookies or marketing pixels later, we will update this policy.
Accounts (future). If we add user accounts, session cookies may be used to keep you logged in. Those uses will be described at sign-in.
The scan feature and third-party sites
When you scan a URL, our servers fetch that site’s public responses. Third-party sites may set their own cookies in that interaction; those are governed by the third party’s policies, not ours. We do not execute third-party JavaScript in your browser as part of the scan.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site. Use your browser’s help documentation for steps.
Updates
We will revise this policy if our use of cookies changes. Check the “Last updated” date when you visit.
